I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I got into appointment.

The lab tech. did a poor job of getting blood. The only 2 times my vein has ever been missed is at the East Mequon Aurora. I have a very large area bruised. I've never experienced this as my veins are very good. The tech after missing my vein the 1st time immediately assumed I was dehydrated. I told her I had drank a large water bottle prior to my appt.

I have loved every provider at Aurora West Mequon. We've been there many years and my family and I have the utmost trust for the physicians. The only complaint I have is when it comes to insurance. My work recently changed insurance and providing my new information has been such a headache. It is a self-funded plan and I said numerous times that I had a card for them to scan but instead of doing that when I came to the office they kept asking me for information that was not in my card. It seemed ridiculously complicated for something that seems quite routine.
