Dr. Hambrook was knowledgeable, professional, and had the best bedside manner I have experienced in my life. He was patient as he explained everything to my son, reassured him when he was nervous and made sure all our questions were answered. I'm glad our problem is solved so I don't have to go back to him again but kind of wish I could have him as a regular doctor for us - he was the best!

I checked in at the front desk and sat in the waiting room only to find out after waiting for a lengthy time period that the lady at the front desk in fact never checked me in. The doctor thought we didn't show up for the appointment when we made a special request to get in that day through a referral.

Dr. Hambrook was professional and honest. He let us know that the referral to his office was unwarranted and explained why. He apologized that our daughter was, in his opinion, mistreated by the referring physician. He was to the point and easy to understand, which was appreciated.
