This was a brand new experience for an old lady. I was hesitant and slightly anxious. I was instantly put at ease by the provider's reassurance and prompt answers to my questions. He explained each step before the procedure and again while we went along. Afterwards, the doctor explained the procedure again and illustrated this with a diagram. I left smiling thanks to his expertise and mannerisms.

Dr. Revelis seemed like a nice man and an informed doctor. He did make me a little uncomfortable because he kept touching my knee and shoulder while he was talking. I don't think he had ill intent. He was probably trying to set me at ease.

I was surprised and pleased by how much preparation he had done to prepare for my visit. He knew that I had fallen and when and what X-rays were done. I didn't expect that. I hadn't realized how that could affect what was going on with me now. He explained it to me. It didn't take him very long to figure out what my problem was. He was obviously very knowledgeable.
