Dr.Revelis is a great doctor.Very personable, caring and extremely knowledgeable! He has taken great care of me since I was a a very young. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.

You need to provide a definition of "provider"==do you mean the name of the clinic, the name of the dept., the name of the Dr. or what??

Please stop requiring masks at appointments. If someone is not sick they should not need it.

Dr. Revelis was running behind due to an emergency but staff kept me informed which was appreciated.
