Dr. Lopez is a good listener and answers all of your questions. He genuinely cares about his patients.

The experience with the doctor and his staff was excellent. The interaction with Aurora's new centralized phone call center not so much. You really need to go back to the ability to calling the health team directly instead of a call center.
