The experience with the doctor and his staff was excellent. The interaction with Aurora's new centralized phone call center not so much. You really need to go back to the ability to calling the health team directly instead of a call center.

I was seen on the same day I called. My doctor worked me in between patients. I am totally satisfied with the care I received.
