My provider was delayed in making my 1 pm appt, so i assume he had been called to an emergency. Certainly understandable for a medical professional. The tech who assessed me before I saw my provider could have been more patient in explaining a procedure.

Dr. Chu knows his stuff. I have to have surgery and I am not at all worried. He explains everything in easy to understand terms and takes time to listen to me too.
