Dr Chu and the staff are magnificent! I feel so fortunate to have them assist, test and evaluate me.

I liked that the doctor took her time with me and did not rush. Very easy to talk with.

He's just hard to get into. Long wait for an appointment, but it was worth it. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional.

The medical staff were great however when attempting to check out the line grew and grew. There was a Latino couple with a problem checking out. The original check clerk had a problem and eventually called a staff member that spoke Spanish. Great, I thought but both clerks attended to this couple while we waited and the line grew. Why it took 2 clerks to attend to them I'll never know. Calling an extra 3rd person would have been very helpful...wish they had done it

Great experience! Very thorough. It would have been nice to have the visual field test on the same day as the exam. It was a surprise that I had to schedule a different appointment for it.
