His office staff and himself went out of their way to help me find the best price for an extremely expensive medication which was greatly appreciated. Dr.Chu is one of Advocate's finest doctors, a trusted and highly trained physician/surgeon. The failings of Advocate are not the skilled doctors, but a system burdened with bureaucrats, number crunchers, and a serious shortage of doctors in many departments. Appointments are impossible to get in a timely manner, often extending out months, even for ongoing medical issues. Urgent care clinics have become de facto primary care providers, not our regular doctors.
