2 hours for an appointment

He always runs late in the afternoon. If you have an afternoon appointment, expect it to be about an hour after your scheduled time.

Dr. John is very carring and through in his examination and situations that are occurring. I appreciate his concern and expertise. As per the Aurora organization please don't discontinue the paper document reviewing the care that was provided at the appointment and the health information it provides for my records. I refer to them often. I need that paper document to review as needed. My technology skills are limited and doing it by an email would not be good for me. THANK YOU...!!!

The entire staff at Dr. Matteucci's office were professional, courteous, compassionate, respectful, and knowledgeable. They treated me with the utmost respect and explained everything clearly and completely. I truly felt more comfortable after I left than before I was seen. Dr. Matteucci himself was extremely helpful in giving me a treatment plan that was clear and comprehensive. I know what course of action I am to complete before any other measures are taken; as well as how I will go about the next steps in my treatment plan. I feel totally confident in everything that doctor is telling me, and if anything changes I know exactly what treatments are next. This is definitely the care I expect to receive from ANY medical professional.
