I have medishare insurance and it is in network and covered. Since Aurora hasn't worked with them they say it isn't covered and I need to submit the bills. This is not very convenient. They also push for payment, but as my deductible is already met, my insurance company would be paying 100%. According to the billing department I need to send in a copy of the bill and get medishare to review and pay. Once again this is more work for me and other offices, providers seem to handle this process easily on there own and don't expect me to do it.
I would like to have the drugs explained better as far as what are the side effects and is it the best drug for me

Dr. Matteucci is a excellent doctor who listens and explains things very well
Somewhat opaque in answers to questions about my problems post surgery.
The facility on 22nd Avenue in Kenosha was easy to get to and park. The inside was very clean and pleasant. The bathroom for doing urine samples was clean, heated and had plenty of room; it was much better to use than other places used for that purpose. Last but not least, Dr. Matteucci and all his staff were super kind, considerate, very professional and did a fine job taking care of me during and after my appointment.
