Dr. Matteucci is great.
Requiring a strict arrival time or risk not able to see the doctor needs to be lessened. Regardless of how early one arrives for an appointment, we still have to wait both in the 'waiting area' and for doctor to show up - usually way past the appointment time by up to 45mins.
Long wait as other appointments for Doctor M. pushed back his schedule, so wound up spending over an hour at the office.
I Tried to get an appointment in Burlington. the first available appointment was 4 months out. Plesant Paririe location was also a month out and 45 Minute drive. On the day of the appointment I arrived 10 mins before my 10 o'clock appointment. and had to wait over an hour to see the doctor. The counseltation took 20 mins. If i should up to work an hour late I would be fired! If there were more available doctors in Burlington it would have been an hour total drive and counseltation time. NOT A 3 HOURS.
