I always appreciate Dr Pollastrini's care in answering my questions. I also feel he takes a reasonable and balanced approach to treatment. He considers all the signs and symptoms and possible causes and doesn't just prescribe meds without careful consideration of the options. He seems very knowledgeable about possible reasons for my symptoms as well and doesn't just treat one symptom independently of others.
The doctor, nurses, and office staff are congenial, understanding, patient, and make every encounter whether it be on the phone or in person pleasant experience.

They need to have staff that can draw blood with minimal pain and more accuracy on older patients. It took 4 times in one visit and this last visit we asked the nurse to stop after 2 painful attempts.
