Dr Cafaro needs a refresher course on listening to a patient. This guy has zero people skills. He basically walked out of the room on me and left me there. He told me just because I feel good doesn't mean my thyroid is ok. He told me my bones could melt if it is too high. When I told him I got a test on my own to determine my levels he questioned why I would do that out of pocket instead of having my insurance pay for it. I was incensed. I told him I want to be in charge of my own health and he asked my - Why are you here then? I told him because you made me come to get my prescription refilled. He told me good luck with that and got up and walked out of the room. This guy should not be representing you as a care provider. Unprofessional and seemingly unqualified to be seeing patients. Wasted my time. I should not be billed for this visit and he needs to be removed. I would be surprised if I'm not the only one. Also the only person wearing a mask in the building. Concerning. I think he has given up. You guys need to be worried he is not a liability.

Dr Cafaro carefully evaluated my problem and referred me to a specialist. The specialist performed a completely painless procedure in his office two days later, and I'm on my way back to health. The entire team did a great job.
The exam room had broken equipment and was missing supplies which forced my physician to leave the room to get supplies and equipment from another exam room. Aurora should and can do better than this.

I'll be switching providers, I've given Dr. Cafaro more opportunities to improve than I care to.
