Jody is the only provider who treats me like I'm more than "just a fat person". I never leave in tears feeling like a failure, like I do with other providers.

You should place high value and reward your employees like Jody Erickson. She spends more time with me than any other med professional ever has and that is the #1 reason I have recommended her to numerous friends. She listens, she takes time to learn about you, she connects, she builds trust. She could give some valuable lessons to others who are employed by Aurora. If she left, I would leave.

Having lab work done before seeing her is great. Then we can talk about them.

Jody is the best NP. Aurora and Brookfield clinic are so lucky to have her! The MAs are also so nice and helpful, they're working so short staff. Feel bad for them. Shame Aurora is working them that way!

Forgot to give 2nd shingles vaccine during visit. Had to go back in afternoon since this appointment was scheduled at 6 months for vaccine.
