Love Jody!

The front desk both upstairs and downstairs were very friendly. The MA was nice and helpful. I had to get lab work done after and I have to say the wait was very long. Not sure why because waiting room wasn't busy. Finally lady at front desk called back and even after that it still look another 5 mins to come get me.

Very familiar with my medical file, didn't have to waste time going through everything be cause Jody was already up to date on my history labs and prescriptions. Did double-check accuracy and any issues not addressed
