Not about the provider, but the ability to get a hold of someone. I tried to call to see if she was going to be in the office because of the bad weather and she is coming from Milwaukee. I called Mercy and they connected me to cardiology, they connected me to who I thought was the right place and they said that that office was closed permanently. Then I called Aurora because she has an office there, too. They knew nothing. So I just went to my appointment and she was there. Everything was great from then on.
