She was excellent. Knew my history in detail, answered my questions. Took time with me. Explained recommended procedure in detail. Put me more at ease with a scary next step.

I felt that I was listened to, my condition was explained to me where I fully understood what to expect and what to do. I didn't feel rushed even though I know the doctors have a certain amount of time to see the patient.
