Everything went smooth and better than what I expected
Dr. Solis is a very good doctor.
I had so many questions. It was clear he had a schedule to keep as he stood up before I could finish asking. I did not leave feeling any better about not understanding my newly diagnosed condition than when I went in.

The office staff was very helpful. However when I went over to the lab to have have blood drawn the person checking me in was very rude about the fact that they are not a walk in clinic. I explained I didn't know that as the physicians office had sent me. Someone who is wanting to follow the rules maybe she should be schooled in how to wear a mask appropriately as hers was below her nose. She seemed shocked to hear that Aurora has labs that you don't need an appointment. Another patient checked in after myself and also expressed the rudeness of the lab check in person. Will not return to that lab.
I have always been treated with respect, the medical staff are excellent, Dr. Solis always listens to me carefully and indicates the steps to follow and prescribed medications to comply with medical instructions.
My team of doctors are top notch and well aware of the latest technology to get me through my condition. Can't say enough positive things about the whole staff.
