Doctor and nurse were great! I went in for a cyst removal after a long time of not due to knowing they would have to shave a patch of my hair. Thankfully the nurse really put me at ease and was empathetic about it because she could tell that was tough. The doctor did a great job at preforming the procedure and was quick and friendly.

I love going to this doctor! All of the staff is friendly and helpful! The doctor addressed all of my concerns and was great with the procedures I had done! His MA was helpful and friendly! He also addressed all my concerns and took care of me! I have recommended this doctor and clinic before and will continue to do so! Oh and everyone was on time and I felt like I wasn't rushed!

First I was told that my insurance would not cover removing my skin tags. Then they said that insurance would cover my skin tags so I had them removed. After they were removed, I again asked if insurance would cover removing the skin tags and the nurse said she wasn't sure. So I hope I'm not left with a huge bill for the removal of the skin tags. This is the third dermatologist I have seen in 2 years. Dr. Zhang said he will no longer be at the Mukwonago office so I will have to see a new dermatologist again next year.
