Dr Zhang was truly amazing. He spent a lot of time with me and a lot of time reviewing my chart before my visit which not everyone does. I have a complex medical history and he took the time to explain things to me and went above and beyond to help me with my current situation. He also referred me to a derm specialist who deals with rare cases is my biopsy shows a rare pathology. He was able to get me in right away which was very helpful since I am in an awful flare. I have already recommended him to family and friends and can't say enough good!

I am appalled at the new Aurora policy via Live Well that is preventing me communicating with my providers regarding medical concerns (as they have specifically asked me to do). Communication with providers is now sent immediately to scheduling. As a medical provider myself, I find this policy to be a blatant money grab, ethically dicey at best, and a prime example of predatory medicine. Open communication between providers and patients should be encouraged. Any policy that discourages this open avenue of communication is a risk to health (in addition to being financially exploitive). I originally placed all of my providers at Aurora for the ease of communication between both clients and among health care providers. This policy is requiring me to reconsider changing facilities, which is also detrimental to my health care as my providers at Aurora have an intimate knowledge of my health care needs/history. Do better.

New provider so no contact in last 6 months. Dermatology appointment and diagnosis is autoimmune issue. He did talk about use of sunscreen and suggested shampoos for dandruff.
