Dr & staff gave excellent care

Dr Zhang is a great dermatologist. He listens and explains things completely. Proactive will treatments for any hair or skin problems. On a side note I wish my primary care doctor was more proactive and caring about solutions. She knew my hair falling out problem and did nothing to suggest go to a dermatologist for treatment. I did my own research and had to find my own treatment.

Dr Zhang was very thorough and got me set up to see a specialist regarding a mole I have. I asked him questions about other spots and he humored me ?there as well. (They were warts and age spots). I appreciate the time he and his assistant took with me

Dr Zhang was very thorough, competent and very compassionate. I was having a difficult day/time and he seemed to genuinely care about my needs which is rare these in healthcare. I appreciate the time he took to examine me and listen to my concerns. Also, the MA & front desk were accommodating, friendly and approachable. Thank you for a very pleasant experience. I appreciate it.

I liked how the provider was both prompt and thorough during the appointment. The nurse was also very friendly and helpful.

I'm glad my primary doctor referred me to the dermatologist department. And was able to get in so quick dr.zhang was able to diagnose the rash and treatment for me.
