We absolutely love Jill. She's such a sweetheart. She makes you feel comfortable. I'm sad she is no longer working in the office. Very personal able. Highly recommend her and please bring her back to the office.

I was seen by the PA on staff and was very pleased with how she explained what med's to use and how to use them. She also said to contact her if after 2 weeks I was still not feeling well. Very pleased with my entire visit.

Everyone was great

Jill Taylor was extremely thorough 3 months ago when she saw me for low energy and headache. In the course of her questioning I told her about some mild spotting I was experiencing that I didn't worry about. Jill ordered an ultrasound and discovered I had a mass in my uterus. Because of her thoroughness it was taken care of in a timely manner before things got worse.

It was an appointment because I was ill. There was was no discussion about health or wellness because it wasn't that type of visit.

This had nothing to do with Jill Taylor. When I arrived they had me parked for sick patient. I wasn't sick a problem with my ear. I think they need to listen better for appointments. Made me wear a mask coming in because of it

The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful,she was a bright light.

Jill Taylor is awesome. Advocate not so much. You have abandoned your patients in the far west suburbs. You expect everyone to drive to Downers Grove for care.
