Very pleasant visit

The check in progress took too long. Was waiting over 10 minutes to check in and pay. Only 1 person that had 4 windows at 1:12 pm and finally check in at 1:26. 4 minutes before appointment at 1:30. The nurse and Dr Austin were very nice and helpful.

Dr Austin is a very thorough Dr she listens and explains medical issues well and she is a very caring Dr.

Since I see this provider at regular intervals during the year it was not necessary for her to discuss preventing injuries or long term health needs.
