It's so hard to get through to talk to some one in the department. I need the appointment when I am sick or having pain , they should be able to take me in right away rather sending me to urgent care , I don't like to go to urgent care , and don't want the appointment after one month . I like the Drs at Aurora Advocate , but I don't like this policy . Hope u make some room for those patients , who need immediate help Thanks for giving me a chance to share my experience

All the assistants were kind and personable. Just a little surprised your facility does not take cash for a co-payment, but they will mail me the bill. Was pleased that Dr. Austin could recommend a generic medication, which saved me a lot of money.

Went to Dr Austin to have sutures removed after surgery on my toe. As always, she explained everything to me and what to expect. She is very professional yet very easy to talk to.
