I was steered into appt with a nurse practictiner to get in quicker. Turned out she left pretty quickly and I was put back into getting appt with the doctor. It took more than 6 months to see her for simple procedures.
Dr. Austin was excellent. She was thorough and diligent in addressing my needs.
