Very good Doctor
When checking in around 9:40 , the desk staff did not complete the check in box turning it to green. After waiting for about 40 minutes I finally went back to the desk, that is when the staff realized I did not get checked in properly. They didn't tell me, once I was called that is when Dr Austin assistant told me what happened. I wasn't happy, Dr Austin explained the color code system. My appointment was for 10. I would have been sitting there longer if I didn't check at the desk. Errors are made, no one is perfect. It would be nice if I wasn't charge my COPAY for the inconvenience
Dr. has always taken care of my foot problems. I was seen in a timely manner and taken care of and was able to schedule my appointment for a follow up.
Great doctor
Dr Austin is a great provider! She knows my history completely and always talks with me about ideas for treatment. She explains things thoroughly in easy to understand terminology. She's one of my favorite doctors!
