I think it's crazy that you sent several text messages reminding me of appointment. Also, I'm not sure why a message was sent 40 minutes before my appointment asking if I was there and ready to check in. Then you want us to be there 15 minutes ahead of appointment and nurse takes you talks to you for 2 minutes then you wait 15-20 minutes for Dr. Something needs to be done about this my time is important too it should not take an hour plus for an appointment! I think there needs to be some evening and weekend hours to accommodate your clients. If someone didn't cancel I would have had to take appointment in November! A four month wait to see my provider! That's unacceptable.
