While I was in office technician told me I'd have to make appointment with Hangers and let them know when it was. I said why don't you call them and we'll have it over with. No she couldn't do that. So I call them while in office and made appointment. Then proceeded to tell office help when it was. Think this could've been handled better.

Dr. Austin was right on time for my apt.. She was done with me in 15 minutes.
