Dr Patton, nurses and desk staff are all fantastic

She's excellent but sometimes time consuming going through routines of getting thru to ask a simple question ( not w doctor but on terminal holds...to be passed from one person to another...

To ask a question after I left my visit on the LiveWell app portal was extremely hard to figure out how to send my provider a message through the portal. I could not do it and I tried for over 45 minutes. You need a simpler format.

Excellent care provider , she is very caring , and very attentive to patient's needs , she listens and includes the patient in plan of care and takes time in explaining to patient .

The Advocate scheduling call team was not well informed about booking annual appointments for Dr Patton resulting in my next annual appointment having to be scheduled out further than is optimal from a Medicare coverage standpoint.
