I was taken aback by the additional added $50 charge for a procedure or gadget that I signed at check-in. I have no copy of that potential charge that I was told my insurance may not cover. Since I waited quite some time for this appointment, I didn't want it to be incomplete! Thus, I signed the agreement, but fear the potential financial consequences since I pinch each penny to even afford the co-pay.
