Perfectly Satisfied!

The nurses in this provider's office are the best. They are quick to see if you are in pain, quick to assist you in any way you need, friendly and caring. Even the CNA's are great. Enough can not be said about this department.

Excellent job by staff and doctor. Would highly recommend this team to anyone seeking this treatment.

I wish Dr/ Akhtar would have spent a few more minutes lpreviewing my records from the past 8-9 months. I was there mostly for a visual field check, but lots had happened since my such check, most of which actually involved her. I still had concerns that needed to be discussed. She did take time to listen and she did respond appropriately and spent the time needed. I did appreciate that.

ALL WENT VERY WELL, AND EVERYONE IS SO VERY NICE

The after visit summary includes a page with a title block that says "Test results in Livewell". The second paragraph says "be aware that these results are written for medical documentation and communication and are not summarized for people without medical training." While much material may be over the head of the patient, I think you should give the patient the opportunity to see the material. They may do some homework after what can these days be a very short visit in the office. In my own case I can think of material that would I like to have gone over with me during my next visit. In this case it would be the results of previous visual field tests. I don't believe it is available in the Livewell test area, but it was the primary purpose of today's office visit
