Always kind and courteous. Because it was an eye exam, there was no need to discuss diet or other health issues. Care is definitely given regarding my eyes. Assistant is also very pleasant and caring.

I sat in the waiting room 15-20 minutes after the start time before I was taken to the exam room. After I received the drops to dilate my eyes, the nurse said the doctor would see me in 20 minutes. It took nearly 45 minutes for her to come in, and there wasn't any apology for her tardiness. It felt like my time didn't matter.
