Her fun ball of energy was a very welcome experience, with what questions I asked and being given thorough explanations where needed. And generally treated like a intelligent person.

My doc did not come into the office as expected that day so I was added to his PA's schedule. I had to wait a while, about 25 min for her after the nurse left. I was going to give it another minute and leave- I am glad I didn't. She was wonderful to talk with and she helped me with my concerns and then some.

I had to wait over 30 minutes once in the exam room for the PA to arrive for my 3:30 appointment. This was my 1st encounter with this PA as my primary MD was not available. Although she was thorough, her bedside manner was a bit overwhelming to me ... a bit overly energetic and loud. Maybe she had too much coffee. She did good at encouraging a follow up if the prescribed meds were not therapeutic.
