She was very caring, pleasant and bubbly. She explained things in an easy to understand manner. She expressed interest in my health and wanting to get me better and did appropriate tests to determine what was going on. The only thing I did not think was totally necessary was that she felt most comfortable giving me a medication if I did a pregnancy test despite the fact i said I was married, only have sex with my husband and he had a vasectomy and I had just discontinued birth control a few weeks prior for migraines. I get she was probably trying to protect herself with prescribing but there is literally no way for me to be pregnant. That being said she did give me ways to follow up if I had any questions and I would definitely see her again.

Jessica was amazing! She was so upbeat and positive! She did an excellent job of explaining the test results and what they mean! Did a great job of explaining what I needed to do to improve my issues!!! I would highly recommend her to anyone I know!!!
Listen. When the patient is explaining circumstances that have already taken place, listen and understand that those are concerns. Don't skip over those parts and just hope the circumstances will just change. Do you know when you have a cold? Most people do. Most know how it affects them and what to do to best get over it. Why all of a sudden the next time you got a cold would those things change? I came to this provider out of concern and because my primary doctor was booked out further. I expressed concern when setting the appointment because walk in never listens, and rarely helps. When I arrived I told the nurse, and the the doctor my concerns as this has happened numerous times throughout my life. I KNOW what happens and I KNOW what has helped me get better. Part of that was skipped over. When the concern is your throat swelling and the answer is take Benadryl or NyQuil... my concern is great, now I won't even wake up from choking. When I followed up via live well, as directed, the messages were not even read.... Even the next day. I called the clinic non stop for over 30 mins - the phone rang and rang and after 10 min intervals of that, I'd try back and get the same thing. HOW DOES THE CLINIC NOT EVEN ANSWER CALLS?! When I got a hold of the nurses, each then expressed the concern I had. However, the end result is "if you feel you need a different form of treatment, I'd suggest making another appointment". Are you kidding me?! THAT IS WHY I MADE THIS APPOINTMENT. It clearly shows aurora just progressing from patient concern to prioritizing copays and money. Also, if I m required to be at an appt 15 mins early, how about the doctor not be 30 mins late (45 now for me)? Is my time not as valuable? Clearly all things considered with this all around experience, it is not.
