This as my first time using and Advocate provider. The whole process from scheduling my new patient appointment to the set up of the portal site and completing the online information and questionnaires was quick and easy. The staff that I checked in with for my appt were also very nice. Jessica was absolutely wonderful! She is professional, personable, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. She listened to everything I had to say and I talk a lot. I never felt rushed. I had a question after my visit and received an immediate response in the portal from the staff and Jessica called me back right away. I will definitely recommend her to all of my friends and family. Thank you!
