I was not satisfied with the care I received. I was only in tge exam room for around 20 mins and that was mostly with the RN. The Dr was in the room for around 5 minutes just to tell ne he was ordering me some pills to take. I was not looking for more pills to take, I was looking for a solution to my problem.
He is as stumped as I am with how to deal with my health issue but doing the best he can. He and his staff are very pleasant and considerate.
Dr Reese and his staff were top notch!! Very informative and helpful since day one. Also the staff from surgery center (2nd floor) were amazing!! Very caring and knowledgeable. They made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Great team!! I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs his services.

Know sense being 15 minutes early for an appointment that the doctor is 45 minutes late for. That is a hour sitting on hard chairs with nothing to do while having terrible back pain. A great doctor I just wish the appointments could be closer to the real time I am seen.
The office was not marked very well upon entering the building. It was just noted that it was on the 1st floor. Apparently there should have been someone there to direct me, but that is not always reasonable. A sign to direct me to the correct location would have been very helpful.
