An after visit summary was not offered by reception personnel. A handout or "go-by" about my condition with pros and cons about treatment options, detailed instructions, prognosis, etc would have been very helpful and saved followup phone calls and concerns.

Dr. Reese was very informative as to what was currently going on with my health and why there needed to be a delay in performing my scheduled procedure.

He didn't seemed rushed like the previous urologist I saw. Took the time needed to go over everything.

I saw Dr. Reese in Urology and I brought a CD of a CT image from out previous location. That image was unreadable, so he requested new imaging so he could do a thorough examination and evaluation for the issue I was referred for. The Dr. and his staff were all very helpful, friendly, and made me feel comfortable.
