Dr. Lo squeezed me in because my regular doctor wasn't available and I was extremely ill. Both the nurse and the doctor were extremely kind and empathetic. I needed antibiotics, but Dr. Lo also gave me medication to immediately help the swelling in my throat as I wasn't able to eat solid foods for two days prior, and I was starting to feel better that evening. I deeply appreciate the kindness, prompt attention, and care I was shown by her and I believe she kept me out of the emergency room. I also felt that she listened to and believed me, which I do not always feel from doctors these days. 10/10, I would be happy to see her or the nurse again in the future.

I was a new patient whose previous physician was not fully computerized. So, Dr Lo did not have all the information of my medical history. I thought Dr Lo was exactly the type of physician I was looking to find. She was recommended by my former co worker.who is still working at Aurora.

Dr. Lo is literally the best doctor that I've ever had. I've spoken so highly of her that a few family members and a friend have her as well. She's honestly simply amazing! I really love her!
