She was very friendly and helpful. She always has a beautiful smile that makes you feel everything is going to be okay. She also seems to understand what I'm saying when I'm attempting to explain how I am Feeling.

I like Dr Lo. She's personable, friendly and professional. I didn't feel rushed or unimportant. I was hesitant since this was a new doctor visit because my long term GP retired.

Dr. Lo found time to squeeze me in what I am sure her schedule doesn't always allow.

Prescriptions she prescribed seem to be working. My pain is greatly reduced and I am out of bed.

I feel comfortable when I visit my doctor.

Also, no billing issues nor calling to explain being double billed to financial person to whom I should not have to explain billing. 10 stars to Aurora!!
