I did have troubled getting a facetime visit but the the phone visit was fine

Dr Cerrato definitely listens to what I have to say if I have a question she always has a good answer she remembers things that I've said in the past I'm very satisfied with Dr Serrano and and staff.

Dr Cerrato is excellent at explaining treatment to me and makes sure I know how to get a hold of her if needed. She is a very caring individual and I consider myself fortunate to have her as part of my care team.

She is always professional and willing to listen. I am very respectful.

Jennifer was excellent she made me feel at ease had alot of questions and she answered each and every one of them in detail.
