I haven't been talked to about health goals in the last 6 months by someone in this office, because I was seeing this provider for the first time, so nothing that they did wrong. Everyone from the receptionist to the MA/nurse that interviewed me to the Dr. were exceptional. They were kind and nice and gave great patient care. Aurora should pay all of its staff from the receptionist's all the way to the Dr.'s more money. They are the face of your organization and they do a great job. You should especially reward those that have stayed with your organization through the pandemic. I work in health care and working through the pandemic was really difficult. You should reward your staff by giving anyone that stayed loyal to your organization during that time a 10% raise. The money that is made should be going to your health care workers, not administration because those that work in the clinics and hospitals are doing tough work that is not appreciated nearly enough.
Dr. Markowski is a kind, caring doctor who answered all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.
