When I came in for my consult with Jennifer, I was extremely nervous. They took my blood pressure and it's never ever been so high. I told her so, and she put my mind at ease. She explained everything in detail about my procedure. She asked me questions and all the questions I had for her were answered in English ??

Great customer service, very well informed on my upcoming procedure.

She dealt with my concerns above and beyond what I expected. Took her time with me even though I was very late for my appointment due to various reasons.

I was told this would only be a consultation but the PA was able to do the procedure the same day. This saved me making an additional appointment.

Impressive presentation and very knowledgeable.

She did her best to help me. However she used gauze pads with adhesive to cover my arm wound and it stuck to the flesh and tore my skin. Larger pads would have been better.

Jennifer has excellent bedside manner.

She was very personable and listened very carefully to my concerns. All was explained in an easy to understand manner. I felt quite at ease when I left. My doctor even poked her head in while I was there with the nurse practitioner. Thank you both.
