I understand that Aurora has updated the computer system recently and it appears to have affected the connection with the interpreter. I lost a lot of information about what the medical team was trying to tell me. In the end, I appreciated what Jennifer Rudnik did for me! She wrote on post it, briefly on what is going on with my health. Although I still missed quite a bit. However, in the portal of my account it summarizes my appointment and the results of my bloodwork. Thank you!!

The medical assistant seemed confused and not very competent even though they were kind and friendly. If they were new they would benefit from more training before handling patient appointments independently.
