Your automated phone system and appointment procedure has recently become very complicated. I used to get transferred directly to the Valders clinic to make appointments. This time I believe I was talking to someone in Illinois. I also was on hold for nearly onehalf an hour. Please review your new phone procedures, they are not very user friendly!!!
