I haven't been to a doctor in some time and have been anxious about making appts and finding a new doctor after my primary doctor left some time ago. I haven't had all positive experiences with doctors in the past. Dr Frank was recommended to me by my daughter's primary doctor and I'm so glad I made the appt. She has been so kind and patient with me. I have had nothing but great communication from her and her nurses. Everyone has been so caring. Each appt I am feeling more comfortable and ready to make the appts I have been putting off.

Receptionists, Dr. Frank's nurses, and Dr. Frank are consistently outstanding. They are pleasant, knowledgeable, kind, patient, comforting, and positive. They are compassionate, and I know I am getting outstanding care. I trust Dr. Frank and her staff with my life.

We recently switched to Dr. Frank as our primary care physician, and I think it was a great decision! She is amazing, and caring!

Dr Jennifer Frank was a breathe of fresh air for me. I had been looking for a general physician for sometime and she definitely filled all the voids from my other provider(Ascension). I will and have recommended her to my friends. Being older, we as patients needs to be heard and Dr Frank definitely listened.

I enjoy going to the office as everyone is friendly and helpful. They do not make you feel stupid when asking questions.

Dr. Frank is the most knowledgeable and attentive doctor I have ever met. Being able to have a virtual visit is fantastic. It saved me over an hour and a half of drive time and I still received outstanding care.
