I was very happy to meet Dr. Frank and get acquainted with each other. She did a great job of explaining some of my recent care and why I had been prescribed a beta blocker. She also made me feel like I was NOT wasting her time by being there. She seemed genuinely interested in my current and future health. I look forward to meeting with her in the future.
