Staff was very courteous and professional . Provider made me feel very comfortable and allowed time for questions and offered very good explanation of each issue. I felt very good transitioning my care care to her because my previous provider is retiring. I made a very good choice selecting her.
She's knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. She presents test results, makes recommendations & offers alternatives if needed. I appreciate her expertise and medical perspective.
At this visit, Dr. Frank discussed health issues I didn't think about until then. Dr. Frank gives heads up and/or step by step for the female exams, especially since some might be difficult for me. Dr. Frank discusses my current health issues with me and the now and future what ifs.

Dr. Frank is the best! She is intelligent, friendly, caring, and a great listener. Her team, RN and LPN, are also professional and caring. I appreciate having Dr. Frank as my primary care physician. She keeps up with all my doctors, tests,and medications, even those out of network.

Receptionist talked too fast and was somewhat unfriendly. MA was a guy and at first I was hesitant but he was genuine, funny and attentive. Dr. Frank was knowledgeable and thorough. Follow up by nurse was timely.
Dr. Frank might be the best doctor I've ever had. She listens to symptoms, recalls your medical history, diagnoses, gives options, and makes sure you understand everything. I think she is highly intelligent and cares about the well-being of her patients- everything anyone could ask for in a doctor.
