All is well

Dr. Macgaffey is usually 30mins to 1hr behind. I get frustrated waiting but I know the reason she is behind is because she takes whatever time is needed to provide exceptional care. I love that about her. I just hate waiting for it. She is a good physician.

Dr. MacGaffey is an excellent provider. I have been working with her for at least 20 years. I followed her from Menomonee Falls because she takes her time to understand my situation and care for me or refer me to someone when more complex problems arise. I am a type 1 diabetic of 45 years and although my medical hx is complicated she pulls it all together. My health situation has improved under her care and the specialist she has brought together on my team.

I recommend Dr. MacGaffey to anyone looking for a top-notch medical provider.

She is awesome she takes her time and she cares

I really like how thorough Doctor MacGaffey is. The only problem is that you have to wait about an hour in your room to see her. However, with that being said, I've been continuing to see her for a number of years now. She is that good!

Short staffing is probably the backlog and causing a delayed / waiting in the front checkin area. I am lucky ... Dr Jennifer MacGaffey was able to take me as a new patient , thank You, She needs support & thanks you for fixing the printer.
