Dr. Crane has really been my rock since I started my diagnosis journey almost 10 years ago! I will forever be so endlessly grateful for her validation, understanding, compassion, and resources. Office staff has always been very helpful and attentive. I appreciate their willingness to help, especially when I called multiple times a week. I know I was annoyed with myself, but the nurses never were. I feel that I can be open and honest with MAs, nurses, and the doctor herself, without fearing harsh judgment. They all have certainly created a very safe space and it's evident how much genuine care they put into each patient.
