Although somewhat off the subject, I want to state my objection about your organization implementing a "code" for identification purposes. It seems you already have enough unneeded requirements that are incomprehensible to senior computer illiterates like myself. You should be trying to simplify your service rather than the reverse. In fact, I may have to drop the Livewell service despite the future health implications.

Dr. Crane is remarkable doctor. She listens carefully, makes suggestions and really develops a relationship with her patients. Our whole family are her patients and she makes an effort to know our interests and goals, as well as remembering and sharing in our life events!! She doesn't hesitate to recommend seeing a specialist for further treatment, she handles the issues she knows she can, but doesn't waste our time and money trying to treat concerns needing advanced help! She is a genuinely great Dr. and she has a great personality and an amazing bedside manner!

Great doctor. I have a major issue with Advocate and my inability to schedule timely appointments. Also I recently had a type of endoscopy that can't be done at the clinic and had to go to Good Sam in Downers Grove. I want this to be done closer at Rush Aurora which received an A rating not Good Sam that received a D from Leap Frog health group.

I love Dr. Crane - she has been my doctor for many, many years. I don't know what I will do if she decides to retire!
